CUSTOM PIN ORDERING

3.) WAIT TO BE SELECTED FOR A PIN SLOT!
4.) PIN ART IS CREATED AND APPROVED BY YOU!
5.) YOUR PINS ARE MANUFACTURED AND SENT TO YOU!

PAYMENT- I accept CashApp and Venmo as payment methods! I do also accept PayPal, but with a 3% fee to cover the tax.
- Once you are selected for a pin slot, we will discuss whether or not you are in need of a payment plan. I allow up to a two month, payment plan for pins.
- If you fail to pay on the exact dates of your payment plan, or you are unresponsive, your slot will be cancelled and given away.TURNAROUND TIME- I will try my absolute best to get your pin order to you within 3 months of ordering! Please expect that artwork creation and manufacturing times can vary depending on how busy I may be. No worries, you will always be updated!PIN INFORMATION
- All enamel pins are 2 inches tall!
- You can pick between gold, silver, copper or black nickel plating!
- You can choose between 20 different shapes and colors of backings!
- You can also choose up to 10 colors for your enamel pin.COMPLEX CHARACTERS
- Complex characters are allowed if they have a maximum of 10 colors! I may have to simplify your character’s design to fit my “chibi” pin style, and to make sure the pin doesn't look too “crowded.”REFUNDS- I will ONLY accept full refunds if and ONLY if the artwork has not been started yet, or if it has been over 3 months with no updates! Once your pin artwork has been started, I will not accept any amount of refund.EDIT POLICY- For each commission, I will provide a rough sketch to make sure it is exactly what you want your pin to look like. This sketch can be edited as many times as you need. However, once your artwork has been completed, I will charge a $10 fee per edit.PRODUCT USE
- Once you have received your pins, you are welcome to sell, trade, or give them away!
- You are NOT allowed to use the pin artwork provided by me to buy/sell merch. Personal use is always okay, but I do not allow the reselling of my art.COPYRIGHT POLICY
- If commissioning me for enamel pins, you are giving me the permission to resell these pins of your character.
- If I do happen to resell your character pin at a con or online, your username will be credited on each pin backing card.
- If you absolutely do not want your character seen at cons and sold to strangers, please let me know before we start the commission process, and I will never resell them.DEFECTIVE PINS
- Enamel pins are hand made, which means there is a chance for defective pins. I cannot control this, please expect at least one defective pin in your batch.REORDERING PROCESS
- If you would like to reorder pins with the same artwork feel free to let me know at any time! I would be happy to put another order in for you, no need to wait for slots to open up.
